Chef Warokka's culinary repertoire includes Desert Palm, Dubai and Banyan Tree, Bali as well as guest appearances in Michelin-cast restaurants before an independent foray into two of Bali's leading establishments, Teatro Gastroteque and Blanco Par Mandif.

Warokka stems inspiration from his colourful, eastern upbringing in Papua and Sulawesi. In exploring the freshest ingredients available in markets and local surroundings, his intentions highlight refined passion and craftsmanship to create bold, alluring presentation styles, sparing no effort in bringing the finest the seasons have to offer.
