Featuring five regional heritage porridge (bubur tradisi Indonesia), traditional sambals, classic toppings, and time-honored local drinks, this breakfast experience celebrates authentic flavors passed down through generations.

Available from 7 AM to 10 AM, it is a cultural and culinary introduction to Indonesia — one bowl at a time.

Our “A Taste of Tradition” lunch set brings together the smoky, spicy, and soulful notes of Indonesian cuisine—served with modern flair. Choose from wok-fired Nasi Goreng Seafood topped with tuna satay and sambal oelek, or the rich and aromatic Yellow Seafood Curry. End on a nostalgic high with Kue Putu—a steamed coconut sticky rice cake filled with molten palm sugar and served with vanilla ice cream.
